Ingredients
- Mix for Foo Yong Hai
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 250 gram omelet filling like, chopped ham, mushrooms, chicken, chopped pork or shrimps
- 250 ml cold water
Directions
- Stir-fry the omelet filling and put it aside
- Beat the omelet mix, eggs and 75 ml cold water
- Bake the omelet
- Add 250 ml cold water to the sauce mix
- Stir the contents into a sauce
- Boil the sauce and leave it boiling for 1 minute
- Serve the omelet with the filling and sauce
Serving tips
Serve Foo Yong Hai with fried white rice and kroepoek sambal and ketjap.
